Cleaning

  • With handmade ceramic pieces, handwashing is always recommended and preferred. While our pieces should survive a dishwasher, we do recommend hand-washing with a soft sponge and a mild detergent for longevity.

  • Rinse thoroughly and air-dry completely before storing them away.

Maintenance

  • To troubleshoot stains, odours or mould: gently simmer the piece in hot water with lemon juice, vinegar or baking soda.

  • While our pieces are great for hot liquids like hot tea or coffee, avoid thermal shock to the piece by never shifting them between extreme temperatures rapidly. This often causes cracks.

  • Our pieces are not microwave safe. Ovens are not recommended.

Shipping Info

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to pack and post your order. Please be aware that delivery time may take longer during busy holiday or promotional periods.

Standard Post (Auspost):

2 to 4 business days within Queensland

3 to 6 business days with interstate (outside Queensland)

How to return damaged ceramic

We take great care to ensure every ceramic piece leaves our studio in perfect condition, ready to be a part of your home. Each order is thoughtfully packaged to arrive safely, but occasionally, things can break in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Keep all original packaging – This is essential to verify the item was damaged during shipping.

  2. Take clear photos of the damaged item in its original packaging.

  3. Contact us within 24 hours of your parcel being marked as delivered.

  4. Email us here. Include photo(s) of proof, a brief explanation of the issue, and your full name.

We are only able to replace items that:

  • Were damaged in transit

  • Are reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Have photographic proof showing the damage in original packaging

Please note:

  • Broken ceramics will not be replaced unless the original packaging is kept as proof and damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items cannot be exchanged or refunded due to a change of mind.

  • Once the item is in your care, it’s your responsibility to look after it. We cannot offer replacements for damaged items that are not damaged during transit
